Vegan Hamburger Helper

This vegan version of the classic Hamburger Helper dish is a delicious and easy meal to make. It’s packed with flavor and nutrition, and is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

Ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 onion, diced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
* 1 cup uncooked macaroni
* 1 cup vegetable broth
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
* 1/4 cup vegan butter
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the oregano, basil, thyme, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and sea salt and stir to combine.
4. Add the macaroni and stir to combine.
5. Add the vegetable broth, almond milk, nutritional yeast, vegan butter, and flour and stir to combine.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Add the vegan cheddar cheese and stir to combine.
8. Serve hot.
